Account and Personal Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR), every user of our platform has the right to access, edit and completely delete their personal data.

How to delete your account
To permanently delete your account and associated data from our system, you can use one of the following methods.
Option 1: Submit a request via e-mail
Send us a message at our contact address: handmadebid@gmail.com
- Subject: Account and Data Deletion Request – [Your e-mail address]
- Body: Please permanently delete my account on the platform and all personal data associated with me.
Important: for security reasons, please ensure that the message is sent from the e-mail address registered to your account. This allows us to verify your identity.
Option 2: Delete via the user panel
- Log in to your account on our platform.
- Go to My account › Profile.
- At the bottom of the page, find and click the Delete account option.
- Confirm your decision by following the on-screen prompts.
Consequences of data deletion
- Your account will be deactivated and your access to the platform will be blocked.
- Your data (including your user profile and bidding history) will be permanently deleted from our databases within 14 business days of your request.
- Exception: data regarding finalised orders that we are legally required to retain (e.g. for accounting and tax purposes) will be kept for the period specified by law.
